About Centers for Youth and Families

Every year, thousands of people benefit from mental health services provided by Centers for Youth and Families.

The Centers began in 1884 and became The Centers in 1987 following a merger with two other organizations. We continue our commitment to improving the lives of children, youth and adults who are struggling to heal from trauma and create better lives.

Our continuum of care includes psychiatric residential care for school-aged youth, services for survivors of human trafficking, therapeutic foster care, community outreach programs, day treatment for school-aged youth and adults and serving adults as the Community Mental Health Centers in Pulaski County, south of the Arkansas River.

In 2020, more than 3,500 people of all ages and from almost every county in Arkansas came to The Centers for our services.

Your support of BrunchFest helps provide necessities like clothes, shoes, school supplies, recreational supplies and more to youth living in residential care at The Centers.

Traveling from out-of-town for BrunchFest? Reserve your room at Courtyard by Marriott on President Clinton Avenue with a special rate of $99 for a king or double queen. Reserve by 5/7/2021 at 501-975-9800 or at Your BrunchFest hotel deal at the Marriott.
